  • According to the rural development ministry, some states use ULPIN in the SVAMITVA (Survey of Villages Abadi and Mapping with Improvised Technology in Village Areas) portal.
  • The ministry stated that by April 18, 2023, the computerization of Records of Rights (RoRs) in 6,22,030 (94.62%) of the 6,57,403 villages had been completed.

ULPIN or Bhu-Aadhar

  • ULPIN or Bhu-Aadhar is a unique 14-digit alphanumeric code assigned to every land parcel in India.
