The Indian Navy’s frigate INS Tarkash which has been deployed in the Western Indian Ocean for maritime security operations has intercepted and seized over 2500 kg of narcotics recently.

Part of the Western Fleet of the Indian Navy.

Commissioned on November 9, 2012 at Kaliningrad.
