About Macau SAR China
- Macau is a small, special administrative region (SAR) of China that operates under the One Country, Two Systems principle.
What is one country, two systems?

According to this principle, both former colonies of Hong Kong and Macau will be allowed to have independent economic and political systems from that of mainland China, while still being a part of the country.
