About Horn of Africa (HoA)

The Horn of Africa (HoA), also known as the Somali Peninsula  is a large peninsula and geopolitical region in East Africa.  It is located on the easternmost part of the African mainland, it is the fourth-largest peninsula in the world. It is composed of Somalia (including the de facto independent Somaliland and Puntland), Djibouti, Ethiopia, and Eritrea.

It is a region of geopolitical and strategic importance since it is situated along the southern boundary of the Red Sea; extending hundreds of kilometers into the Gulf of Aden, Guardafui Channel, and Indian Ocean, it also shares a maritime border with the Arabian Peninsula.

About Zambia:

Location

Zambia is a landlocked country located in Southern Africa, bordered by eight countries: Tanzania, Malawi, Mozambique, Zimbabwe, Botswana, Namibia, Angola, and the Democratic Republic of Congo.

It has a diverse topography, with plateaus, mountains, and valleys.
