These terms and conditions may be revised by APTI PLUS ACADEMY FOR CIVIL SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED at any time by updating guidelines and rules posted on the website from time to time at its sole discretion. Your continued access or use of the website, or any materials or services provided by the organization, constitutes your acceptance of the changes. You should not use this website if you do not consent to the Terms of Use.

You are strictly prohibited from unauthorized use of our systems or this website, including but not limited to unauthorized entry into our systems, misuse of passwords, or misuse of any information posted to this Website.

If you breach any of the Terms of Use, your authorization to access or use this website, services and materials automatically terminates, and any material downloaded or printed from the website in violation of the Terms of Use must be immediately destroyed.

Registration

Please read these terms carefully before using the online payment facility. Using the online payment facility on this website indicates that you accept these terms. If you do not accept these terms then do not use this facility. IASGYAN & APTI PLUS ACADEMY FOR CIVIL SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to change the fees for various courses at any time. All required registration information provided must be current, complete and accurate and kept up to date on a prompt, timely basis. It is your sole responsibility to keep your username/password combination and other sensitive information confidential. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security, please notify IASGYAN & APTI PLUS ACADEMY FOR CIVIL SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED immediately. If any services or materials provide password- restricted access to your personal information then by accessing or using this website and setting up a password-restricted account for such services, you consent to the organization’s display of such information via such and accept all risks of unauthorized access to such information.

We cannot accept liability for a payment not reaching the correct account if payment is refused or declined by the credit/debit card supplier for any reason. If the card supplier declines payment, IASGYAN & APTI PLUS ACADEMY FOR CIVIL SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED is under no obligation to bring this fact to your attention. You should check with your bank/credit/debit card supplier that payment has been deducted from your account.

Refund Policy

Once enrolled for any course/class/material with IASGYAN or APTI PLUS ACADEMY FOR CIVIL SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED shall not refund the money or transfer the money to be adjusted against any other student.

  • After depositing the fees, if student is disinterested or fails to join the classes in the institute due to any reason whatsoever and wants to take his/her fees (money) back, the institute will not refund the fees on any condition. Fees once deposited cannot be refunded even claimed on the same day of admission.
  • The fees deposited towards a particular course will not be adjusted against any other course and is not transferable to any other person if a student does not join that particular course.
  • In certain exceptional cases, where gross mismanagement is involved from our end and we know for sure, that students have been impacted, we refund the amount for the remaining duration of the program subject to terms & conditions.

APTI PLUS ACADEMY or IASGYAN remains committed to its students. However, we are in no position to process refunds in case students decide to back out or choose not to avail our services any longer.

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Bhubaneshwar, Odisha, India.

Rules & Regulations

  1. Students are requested to maintain decorum in class and break time/office hours, violation of this will lead to strict disciplinary action against offenders.
  2. Students are advised to sport modest and comfortable clothing while on campus.
  3. If there is any breach of student like conduct against the management, he/she is liable to have strict action taken against him/her, which may include suspension from classes up to expulsion from the institute.
  4. Any student found disturbing a class when in session maybe suspended or issued strict warning which includes communication to guardian/parents.
  5. Students have to attend all mock tests
  6. Misconduct of any student towards any faculty, student or senior management will dealt with severe consequences.
  7. Apti Plus study material is not for any resale, library purposes or lending on any online forum or market, anyone found liable to do so shall be prosecuted.
  8. Smoking, drinking or chewing any tobacco like substances on campus is strictly prohibited on campus.
  9. Any vandalism, breakage of institute’s property shall have to compensate.
  10. Missed classes by students will not be repeated.
  11. Any disrespect/disregard towards institute staff, faculty or management shall provide grounds for expulsion for a student
  12. Faculty, Class Timing, Class Schedule & Venue will be decided solely by the Institute Management only.
  13. Institute is having multiple faculty members for a single subject , So the right to appoint/change faculty members anytime according to the availability/administrative necessities during the course is solely by the Institute Management only.
  14. Students are requested to read and agree to all the Terms & Conditions, Refund Policy, Rules & Regulations & FAQs before enrolling themselves to any of our course.

Account deletion

Users have the right to request the deletion of their account at any time. Please contact us via email at [email protected] to request the deletion of your account along with all associated data. We will ensure the account is deleted within 24 hours. Please note that all user data will be permanently deleted upon account deletion.
