• The Prime Minister of India visited Abu Dhabi to meet the President of the UAE and Ruler of Abu Dhabi.
• Prime Minister congratulated the new President of the UAE.
• Both leaders reviewed the India-UAE Comprehensive Strategic Partnership (CEPA).
• Both leaders discussed the roadmap to enhance bilateral cooperation in diverse areas including trade, investment, energy, renewable energy, food security, health, defense, skills, education, culture and people-to-people ties.

• UAE is located at the eastern end of the Arabian Peninsula.
• It shares borders with;
  • Saudi Arabia in the West, South, and South-east.
  • Oman in the South-east and North-east.
  • Qatar in the North-west.
  • Maritime borders in the Persian Gulf with Qatar and Iran.
• Abu Dhabi is the capital of the UAE, and Dubai is the most populous city.
• Islam is the official religion and Arabic is the official language of the UAE.
• Its oil and natural gas reserves are the world's 6th and 7th largest, respectively.
• It has the most diversified economy among the members of the Gulf Cooperation Council.
• It has become less dependent on oil and gas and focusing more on tourism and business.
• The UAE government does not levy income tax, but there is a corporate tax.
