The awards recognize excellence in e-Governance implementation, with 10 Gold Awards and 6 Silver Awards, with funds allocated for project implementation or public welfare.
The UDISE+ report indicates a significant decrease in student enrollment in 2023-24, with 24.8 crore students enrolled, down from 25.18 crore in 2022-2023. Minority representation has also decreased, with Muslims accounting for 79.6% of total enrollment. Despite 90% of schools having basic amenities, there are still gaps in advanced facilities.
